Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated 12 October 2026
What we collect
- Your account: username, email address, and your password — stored only as a one-way hash we can't read.
- Things you post: support tickets, suggestions, comments, forum posts and staff applications.
- Purchases: the username a purchase was for, the amount, and Tebex's transaction ID. We never receive card or wallet details.
- Votes: how many times your in-game name has voted, as reported by the server lists to our game servers.
- Technical data: your IP address when you register, log in or open a ticket, used to stop abuse and ban evasion.
Cookies and storage
We set one cookie, which keeps you logged in. Your cart is kept in your browser until you log in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set its own cookies to protect the site from bots.
Why we use it
- To run your account, deliver what you buy, and answer your tickets.
- To keep the community safe: preventing spam, cheating, ban evasion and fraud.
- To show community features like vote leaderboards and top supporters.
What's public
Your username, Minecraft skin, roles, the month you joined, your suggestions and replies, and your vote counts are visible to everyone. Your email address, IP address and purchase amounts are never shown publicly (the top supporters board shows usernames and totals only).
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts the website and screens traffic for attacks and bots (Turnstile).
- Tebex processes store payments under its own privacy policy.
- Google delivers the emails we send you (verification, password resets, ticket replies).
- Discord receives notifications about new tickets and applications so staff can respond.
- Your browser loads skin images from mc-heads.net, and voting takes you to third-party server list sites with their own policies.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account exists. Tickets, posts and purchase records are kept so staff can help with past issues and resolve disputes.
Your choices
- Change your email or password any time in account settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, through a support ticket. Some records (like purchases) may be kept where we need them to handle disputes.
Children
If you're under the age of digital consent in your country, please get a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account.
