How do I join the server?
Open Minecraft Java Edition (1.21.10 or newer works), go to Multiplayer → Add Server and enter play.the-gr.id. If it lags, try one of the other addresses on the home page — they all lead to the same network.
How do I get vote rewards?
Vote on every site on the vote page using your exact in-game name. Rewards arrive the next time you're online. You can vote again every 24 hours.
I bought something and it didn't arrive.
Deliveries usually take under a minute and need you to be online. If it's been longer, open a support ticket under “Buying Ranks” with your in-game name and the payment email.
What do the ranks include?
Every perk is listed side by side in the rank comparison on the store page.
I can't log in to the website.
Use forgot password to get a reset link by email — that also confirms older accounts that were never verified. No longer have the email? Ask on Discord.
I was banned. Can I appeal?
Yes — open a support ticket under “Unban Appeal” and explain what happened. Read the rules first.
